Friends,

The instructions on the Affidavit of Support do not provide me with an address to send it to. The instructions say I can find that address by clicking on a link (on the government's web site) but it doesn't take me to a place with an address. A non-government site said that I am to send the paperwork to my relatives who present it to the immigration officer. I'm note sure that this is correct and need to be absolutely sure.

I've put 10 hours putting together these applications and supporting documents and don't want my in-laws tourist visas rejected because I didn't send this package to the right place.

Can anyone provide me with guidance?

Mike

I hope all your evidence is about them and all their ties to their country and not all your information. Their is your affidavit of support ad you filling it out makes it look even worst since it is showing they are dependent on you. The visitor visa is all about showing the CO you will return because of a good long standing job, Husband, wife, kids left behind, property.

a missing I-134 was NOT the cause of their visa denial....an I-134 is a totally useless and worthless piece of paper...it is not legally enforceable, not binding upon anyone and if all anyone needed to be granted a B2 visa was a completed (and notarized!!!) I-134, no one would ever be denied.

It is their application not yours.
