Hey everyone,

i hope every body is doing well, we have sent our I-130 on 18th October 2015 it is delivered to them (USCIS)

BUT we did not receive any acceptance Notification Yet it has been more than 24 hours,

how long it will take to receive E-Notification from them?

is there any matted to call them up about our petition or not?

Typically take a few days as they have thousands that come in each week. You will get a notification once they open yours and scan the package into their system. Expect it before the end of the week.

They literally just received it and already want to call them about your petition? You need to have a little patience, it can be a long process sometimes, 2 days is nothing.

Mine took a week or two after delivery before I got the notice. Don't worry buddy.

You need to relax and sit tight, it's a long process. Almost a year or sometimes even more.

Where does it say you'll get an electronic notice within 24 hours? I'm not questioning you, I'd just like to know because I haven't heard of anyone getting one in 24 hours.

I forgot the E-notification but got my NOA1 with in 5 days after they got it.

But with my I-129f, i still after 15 days havent gotten a letter yet. So its up and down.

You won't get notified right away. They will have to assign you a case number before they notify you which takes a few days to a week. Relax and keep yourself busy is my best advice for not going crazy looking for a case update.
