Lost cover letter for submitting finanacial and supporting documents

Hi everyone,

I received a letter that had a bar code with the case number for my parents with a list of financial and supporting documents that i need to provide to NVC after paying the fees online.

I have all the documents that i need to provide but i lost the cover letter and i believe it says do not submit the documents without the cover letter.

Any ideas on what my options are?

You can print out a cover letter from the CEAC portal. Go to 'Paid' and scroll down to 'Print Document Cover Sheet'. Include this on the top of your packages. There's one for AOS and IV. You can put each one on top of the corresponding documents.

Send the documents in one envelope, however, to the below address:

08/16/2016: Received IV Bill

10/11/2016: Submitted AOS/IV documentation

10/11/2016: Paid IV fee bill

10/14/2016: Submitted DS-260
