Hey guys a little help here, on the cgi Stanley website I got this error message saying:

proceed with scheduling your appointment. Please ensure that you have been notified that your IV Case is ready for scheduling. If you receive an error message that your Case ID is not loaded, please be patient and try again at a later time.

What is this iv case I'd that they are talking about

I received text message yesterday that the cases have been sent to NVC

I called to NVC this morning but they haven't still yet received my case from USCIS they said " You should wait 30 days " . Why does it take so long time ? I think I will try to call NVC again next Monday

AOS and IV documents for my parents today 3/8/2016. So whats next once NVC receives my documents?

Well well... one step forward I finally got an e notification stating my mother's case it's been approved (Potomac service center) meanwhile let's keep waiting for the case to be transferred to the NVC Now.

Just called NVC and they said they received my cases. Ill call them next week to get a case # and invoice #.

Today I received a paper. They are asking for more evidence. About are parents they want earlys to early evidence. I already send my birth certificate, my parents marriage certificate, there no found birth certificate, my school certificate. Now what should I do?? Which more evidence I can send?

I called to NVC one more time on Fridays 18,2016 . The lady said to me that I should call back around 2-3 days...At this time, i will get case number . I think I and you will get case number on next Tuesday

That's very good news. I called them last wednesday and thursday but they said the same thing that they received my petitions on march 10 th lol.
