my paretns have interview scheduled at cuidad juarez for March 9th and i am a little concern due to my father entering back in 1999 and stayed 2 years illegal..

my father entered with out inspection and while he was working ICe picked him and his coworkers in a construction sight, he volunteer depart the USA and was handed a volunteer depart notice.. is he gona have some kind of issue duirng his interview in cuidad juarez

HI guys, I don't know if any of you know this question but I was wondering what happens if my joint sponsor doesn't want to cooperate anymore for the beneficiary anymore, the nvc has already approved my petition, and they sent my documents to the Guangzhou embassy, I also already had the interview scheduled for April 12:) can I change my joint sponsor at the interview,

I think your parent just bring the new form I-864 or i-864A in the interview day .

Will they have to bring the financial evidence to the interview too and would I have to contact nvc for the withdrawal of my old sponsor

CONGRATS So now we have to wait for NVC to send us letter or email?!! in the letter saying if we didn't receive anything from NVC contact them , do they usually send letter?!

Thanks ...the letter said is " The above petition has been approved . We have sent the ỏginal visa petition to the NVC .....You should Alton a minimum of 30 days for Department of State processing before contacting the NVC ...."

Hello! I just received an email from NVC today. It is a checklist and informed me that they had reviewed my petition for my mom. What comes next? Looks like yours moved faster than mine.
