Funny thing today mom when to interview they say they don't revive the case yet I don't get this I mad right now. ?????

did you send the document to nvc that you said you haven't send yet and ask if your mom can bring the document in interview? had you ask nvc if your mom can bring the document at interview?

I di and they say yes but the day of the interview they say the case was no there

Hi! Still waiting but i just submitted my aos packet & requirements. How long did it take for them to review your aos and get an interview schedule?

I sent my aos and supporting documents on Dec 29, case complete Feb 8...it took 30+ days

06-15-2011- NOA2 Status Update(Priority Date)
Your I-130 was approved in 104 days from your NOA1 date.
NVC - 08-01-2011- NVC Received (After 48 Days)
08-19-2011- NVC Case# & IIN Received by email from NVC & E-mails Exchanged (After66 Days)
10-04-2011- Case Completed 10-07-2011- Called NVC and Received Interview Letter by email
NOV-2011- Interview (AP)
06-05-2012- Visited at Embassy Second Time
06-08-2012- Received Message from VFS Collected on 11th asking for New Medical
06-12-2012- Medical Done Send Back on 14th
06-25-2012- Received Message From VFS Collected on 26th asking for New Passport Clearance gone be Expire on 28th.
07-10-2012- Send Back New Passport & Passport Clearance

Did yall notice that USCIS processing times has not been updated since November 30th? It says they are still working on July2nd for more than 2 months now. This process is going to be lengthy :clock::cry:

silkafi88 i was wondering how do you check the uscis processing times? my PD is October 30 and I'm still waiting for my noa2 :(.

May 05,2010 : I-130 delivered

May 11,2010 : Check cashed

May 12,2010 : NOA1 received

October 07,2010 : NOA2 received via EMAIL

October 13,2010 : NOA2 received via MAIL

National Visa Center :

October 19,2010 : NVC received I-130 and case number assigned

October 27,2010 : NVC sent the first package

November 01,2010 : Delivered DS-3032 hard copy & IIN Received via EMAIL & MAIL

November 02,2010 : AOS Fee IN PROCESS & DS-3032 sent via EMAIL ( 2 times but no automatic reply )

November 04,2010 : AOS Fee showed " PAID "

November 05,2010 : DS-3032 sent again ( no automatic again )

November 08,2010 : IV Fee IN PROCESS

November 10,2010 : IV Fee showed " PAID "

November 11,2010 : IV package sent to NVC from Vietnam
