Hey, I'll be sending off my aplication tomorrow and was wondering one last thing.

I've read this off the USCIS site:

The USCIS Dallas Lockbox

For U.S. Postal Service:

USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

What do they mean when they say Express mail. Is that from the post office or??

Hey, I have everything finished and ready to go and wanted to send the application tomorrow. Because of work I was going to get one of parents to get the money order and ship it off for me tomorrow morning. Is this okay? Or is there a problem if the money order has someone else's signature on it?

Correct.

The Lewisville, TX street address is to be use with USPS Express mail, UPS, FedEx (courier deliveries).

The Dallas, TX PO Box address (lockbox) is to be used for regular and priority USPS mail.

For all of our USCIS mailings we have successfully followed the VJ guide recommendation, such as this for the I-129F petition:

Mail the I-129F Package to the USCIS

You should mail the completed form(s) to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox. Mail the package with return receipt requested / delivery confirmation. Send via USPS.

non-issue. The key is to follow the I-129F instructions, refer to page 6 of the USCIS instructions:

Use the following guidelines when you prepare your check or money order for the Form I-129F filing fee:

  1. The check or money order must be drawn on a bank or other financial institution located in the United States and must

be payable in U.S. currency; and

  2. Make the check or money order payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

NOTE: Spell out U.S. Department of Homeland Security; do not use the initials "USDHS" or "DHS."

  3. If you live outside the United States, contact the nearest U.S. Embassy or consulate for instructions on the method of

    payment.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
