Hello !!!,

we are starting to get all documents needed but i have a few questions about the affidavit of support if anyone can help us !!!,

1. by the time we might get the interview my fiance will only have 5 months at his job , will be better or necessary a Co-Sponsor?

2. he didn't filed taxes as he was living abroad , and was making less of the amount IRS requires to file .. with a sign letter will be enough ?

3. is it necessary the birth certificate or copy of all passport pages of Co Sponsor ?

4. if my fiance rents a room at a house will this affect the income requirements , because of the household?

thank you again, for all the support and help thru all this procedure !!!! (L):joy::)

You should have a letter or information from the embassy or consulate doing your interview. They tell you everything you need to have and prepare for your interview.

FORM I-134 is the affidavit of support that we used. I would recommend using that form.

I don't know any reason you would need a co- sponsor.

I would provide tax information along with bank account information. However you can get that information, it is important.

I don't believe the birth Cert. or passport pages are required unless they ask for it.

Renting or owning should not make a difference.

Provide true legitimate information. You can never be over prepared. If you are not certain take documents that might be questioned.
