I filed for both parents in July and got an email with the folowing message:

On October 16, 2015, we transferred your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number ************, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

Does anyone know what this means? I still have yet to get the letter in the mail so I'm not sure where it got transferred to.

Thanks!

I got that same exact email back in January after filing in December. The paper letter said it was transferred to the National Benefits Center but I found out later it was actually sent to my local field office for interview. I can't say whether or not that's what happened with yours but that's what my email meant.
