Whether you are in status or not is irrelevant to filing of Adjustment of Status as you are in the Immediate Relative category.

One G-1145 is enough.

I have question regarding the presentation of evidence of bonafide marriage...

1. Is the email thread that I introduce my partner to my mother in the philippines can be considered an evidence??? And all related email to my mother with regards to my partner and our marriage?

2. Is my mom can do an affidavit or affirmed that she has a knowledge about my marriage here in the US and it will be notarized by attorney in the philippines and my mom will send me the original copy here. ??? Would that be possible??

Thanks....

Affidavits are not strong evidence. No one ever submits a bad one.

Emails that document your relationship are ok. Not the strongest.

Can a notary remotely notarize something ? Thats seems a bit counter intuitive.
