Hi all,

Just a quick question. I have all my vaccine's up to date and was just about to send in my AOS packet when I noticed that the Doctor didn't print their name on the D-2035 or check the box that says I'm up to date (although I read somewhere that they are not required to check the box with K-1 visa's). Their signature is there, and everything else is fine, I'm just wondering if this is a huge deal or whether I should go ahead and send it in anyway. I've been trying to email a copy to Knightsbridge in London where I got it done but they are being slow about replying. Anyone else had this problem?

Cheers,

Caroline

Send it. Knightsbridge can't change it. You have a photocopy. The original is already in the hands of USCIS. Had you noticed it when it was handed to you, you could have asked for the doctor to kindly print his name before it went to the embassy. Too late now.

Knightsbridge does not mark K1 results as complete.

Yeah, they actually did email me a copy with the doctors printed name after I wrote the above, so I'm gonna include that and the original and a note saying why there's two just in case. I don't think it would be a big deal, but it would be interesting to hear if others that went to Knightsbridge had the same thing.
