Hello Everyone,

I am currently preparing all the AOS papers and I have a couple of questions that I hope some of you can answer for me:

1) Do we need to submit 1099 and W2's or is it good enough to just submit W2's

2) My fiancee has only filed taxes separately in 2014 and filed as a dependent with his parents before that. Should we therefore submit the 2013,2012 tax transcripts from his parents and write a letter explaining that he files ad a dependent before that?

3) When I had my medical in Frankfurt I did not get a flu shot as it was out of season. Now it is in season and I got my flu shot in Germany before I left.

How do I submit an additional paper stating that all my vaccinations are not complete since I also got the flu shot? Is it enough if I take a copy of my vaccination passport or do I need to go see a doctor?

Thank you sooo much in advance

Reading the document instructions is a good use of time.

The complete tax return and supporting documents are needed or an IRS transcript can be submitted.

No one files as a dependent. If no tax returns were filed because a person did not earn enough that is a legitimate reason. Simply submit a signed written statement explaining that the sponsor did not earn enough money to file a return for years 20xx - 20yy.

Submit the I-693 received from the civil surgeon used for the K1. You may or may not need to have a US civil surgeon update the record. A flu shot is not a required item.
