Hello , I know there is a k1 visa checklist for uk on here because I have seen it before . For some reason I can't find it through the search . If anyone can post a link that'd be greatly appreciated . Thanks

Try going through the Embassy info tab, UK, Embassy Info and on its home page there is a link for K1 check list. Hope that helps mate 8-)

Your K1 instructions straight from the consulate are here http://london.usembassy.gov/iv/fiance_instructions.html

You will find in Step2, there word "here" is a link to the check list of documents for the interview. Is that the checklist you want? Another version of it is found on the instruction page by clicking "Documents" in the left column. If you are on a phone browser, you won't have the left column.

I recently heard from a vj user in a message that they needed two affidavits of support , one for the mother and one for the child for the I-864 form , we are going for a k1 visa so it's the I-134 form , I know they are both listed on the affidavit but I think it's only one form (I'll have to double check ) but we had a lawyer prepare it so id assume / hope he knows what he's doing
