Hello Everyone. I want to know that is it possible for me to enter the United States on a Visit Visa and get married to my fiance since the K1 visa process has a clause that we should have met at-least in 2 years prior to the application of visa. And will there be a problem for me in near future for the adjustment of my status and green card processing.

you can always apply for a visitor Visa but you have to show strong ties to your country and every reason you will go back. Good log standing job, and other strong ties. Coming here to get married is fine, than you go back when your visa is up and wait for your interview at embassy. Adjust status not a god idea.

Typically with good proof of relationship and good marriage about 1 year to get the visa, sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more. Once you get the marriage visa and you immigrate to the states, the green card will arrive in the mail in a month or less....usually about two weeks. A year is a good estimate though.

A visitor visa is solely determined on if you can convince them that you will return to India. The only way to know if you will approved if to apply.

How strong are these ties considering that you're already asking about adjusting status?

August 2000: We start e-mailing. I'm in Bosnia, she's in Florida

October 29th 2000: She sends me e-mail asking if I would marry her

October 29th 2000(5 seconds later): I say yes

November 2000: She sends me tickets to Orlando for when I get back

December 6th 2000: Return from Bos

December 11th 2000: Fly to Orlando, she meets me at airport

December 22nd 2000: I fly back to UK

January 3rd 2001: She flies to UK (Good times)

Mid February 2001: Pregnancy test Positive

Mid February 2001: She flies back to US

March 2001: Miscarriage, I fly to US on first flight I can get

May 2001: I leave US before my 90 days are up

June 2001: I fly back to US, stopped at airport for questioning as I had only just left

September 2001: Pregnancy test Positive again

September 2001: She falls sick, I make decision to stay to look after her as I am afraid I may have problems getting back in.

April 16th 2002: Our son is born, we start getting stuff together for his passport

March 6th 2003: We leave US for UK as family

Early April 2003: Family troubles make her return to US, I ask Embassy in London about possibilities of returning to US

April 16th 2003: London Embassy informs me that I will be banned from the Visa Waiver Program for 10 years, my little boys first birthday

June 13th 2006: I-129f sent

August 11th 2006: NOA1 Recieved

After our relationship breaks down she admits to me that she had never bothered to start the application process

It is fine to go on a visitor visa and get married, nothing illegal or wrong with that.

what should i be doing after i get married to my fiance. in how much time shall i apply for my green card.

You just apply for a CR-1 visa after returning to Saudi Arabia. When you get the visa and after you arrive in the U.S. you will receive your green card. You may apply right after marriage, you don't have to wait anytime....there is no time how long to wait.

Visiting the US, getting married, and then return to Saudi Arabia for your spouse to file a petition is OK.

Using a visitor visa with the intention to enter the US, marry and stay is against immigration law.

Which is your intention?

Nope, you're ok. You apply the visa yourself, your fiance has nothing to do with the process and there's nothing she can do to help get it approved.

No visitor visa....you weren't clear what you were asking about. You should click "guides" at the top.....all the instructions are there for the visas.
