I've seen other Mac users that can't get around the problem with the normal fixes.... maybe try to see if you can borrow a windows pc somewhere..

I have a MacBook and no issues with those forms. Just downloaded the latest Adobe reader. And open the PDF with Adobe. Do not use any other PDF program.

This is what I have found to work also... open from within Adobe..

My question is similar, the instructions says on not applicable question to type N/A but when I try to enter on my computer the character "/" I get a message that only allows letters, space and hyphen... any thoughts?
