How do CU6 green card holders bring their spouse to US?

My wife and I married in Poland. She is from Cuba, a CU6 green card holder.

She is in US now. What is the procedure for her to apply for my permanent residence? Do I get IR-1 or CR-1 visa since she is a Cuban citizen?

I would think similar to any other AOS, however the CU6 is a twist that I have not seen myself.

However, for the 485, you would need to first be here; and not sure whether the CR1 applies here, which I would think yes, but in that case, whether process timelines for a resident or citizen apply would be the question.

Others here might be able to chime in. Or this might be a case in which you need to talk to an attorney

Op is not asking about AOS.

Op, your wife will need to petition you for a spousal visa, see our Guides for more details on how to do that.
