Hello,

Have you tried calling NVC?

My case has been stuck in NVC for 1 month even though the case was approved 2 months ago. I am guessing with all the national incidents in Nepal the processing is getting delayed. Since your case is already in the embassy waiting is the only option I see. You best bet will be contacting NVC and following up with the embassy.

yeah ...i think i can only wait for intimation from embassy.i dnt even knw when they gonna reschedule my intrvw.. :(

I have heard from a lot of people where interview is scheduled a month from the documents are sent to the embassy and right before the day of the interview the embassy notifies the beneficiary and petitioner that the interview has been rescheduled. I did a little bit research and I found out that the best way you can solve your issue is calling/emailing the consulate. The embassy should be open right now. if you send them email and ask about the current status of your case they should be able to provide you with the information.
