Hi,

I am trying to expedite my Dads case. It is for an I-130, and is currently at the NVC. We requested and were approved for expedite at California Service Center, and are now in review at the embassy. Does anyone know how long these reviews take?

So NVC have agreed to expedite?

No, not expedited by NVC. The NVC said they are reviewing the material to expedite, which means the embassy is looking at the file. The I-130 visa was expedited by the California Service Center. How long does an expedite review take?

You should hear something within a week.
