Hi all, Below is the list of documents that i know is definitely required with the NVC packet IV. However i did see somewhere that an Entry Record (قيد فردي) is also required. I don't want to send extra documents that are not necessary. Has anyone ever sent in an Entry record? and is it required ? I just like to add that my husband did live in 4 countries only in the last 10 years so it may just be for those individuals who have traveled often? What do you guys suggest i do?

-Bar-coded cover sheet from payment portal

-Two passport-style photographs (2" x 2") of beneficiary (on the back, write: beneficiary's full name, date of birth, and case number)

-Copy of bio-data page of beneficiary's unexpired passport

-Photocopy of beneficiary's birth certificate

-Photocopy of marriage certificate

-Photocopy of police certificate(s)

If you are referring to the ds-260 and ds-261 yes it will be filled out and sent electronically. However the the AOS and the IV packet will be mailed to their address.

actually your Jordan you can't mail the documents they won't accept them Amman is electronic processing only check up on the website you have to scan and email them in they will not look at them if you mail them in .

No that is not the link. but thanks for trying :P

Ok i see what your saying, i think i read that before but kinda skimmed through it really fast. It seems like any country where they have DCF will accept electronic filing. Thank you, now that i know early on what to do, i will take some time to print out all the documents and have them scanned and ready to be emailed. Again thanks so much for your input, you have saved me a day or two if not more :)
