I filied my petition Sept 22, 2015, A DCF since I live and work in the Philippines. I received an email telling me that my petition was approved and to continue to schedule my interview and medical exam. I have a interview appt on October 29, however on the email it does not have anything about paying my visa fee. I know I have to pay this, but do I do this before or after the interview? I went to the Visa pay website and before I can even sign in it ask for the invoice identification number? I have not received one. It also says if you do not have a invoice number to use the b-day starting with the year. I have tried this and it still is not working?

What do I need to do? Do I wait till my interview?

You pay the visa fee when you have the interview.
