I called today 3 times. My case is completed! 1st Call CSR I said i been waiting for 90 days and on Supervisor Review. I would like you to connect me to a supervisor! She said the supervisor would call me. 2nd Time I called Asked for a supervisor they told me to call back tomm. 3rd Call 6 hours later. I wanna know the status of my case. My case is completed please wait for the interview. One step closer... Hope this helps anyone in my position

Hello guys! Today is my 10th day on supervisor review. I called at 7:00 am, and the CSR said case complete! I will call again tomorrow to confirm, because I checked CEAC but NO 3 N/A's. I pray that My case is really complete.

Scan dates are Sept 21 and 30. I was put under supervisor review because my papers were not reviewed in 30 days. Btw, I called them everyday since I was put under supervisor review, I insisted everytime I called to talk to a supervisor but never had a chance to talk to one. My advice to others, call every single day and ask to talk to a supervisor.

Hello member in VJ I feel very very confused and frustated without hope my case is in NVC since June 8 my priority date December

17. 2014 case CR-1 I'm USA citizen but still with that my case is stuck there , I ger a chech list on Oct 18 for a police clearan-

ce and I mailed on Oct 20 NVC scan date of recived Oct 21,2015 and nothing happen in my case yet is more of 6 months there and the supervisor never check the mail and i need to wait 30 to 45 days to them check the new mail when I was for 90 days under supervisor review everything else is review alreDY AND IS FINE EXCEPT THIS help please

I suggest you call and ask to talk to a supervisor. It would be difficult but try and try. Only the supervisor can help you out.

Same with me, got CC November 4th and CC email November 11th and yet no 3 N/A.

I know you're pain. My husband and I were stuck at NVC for eight months, three months of those, our case was just sitting there with no one looking at it, until our Senator got involved. Crazy NVC.

The thing is that once you send something to NVC, like the response to your checklist, the review clock starts over. So if your scan date for the checklist is October 21, it means your 30 day review time is up on November 21st. I know it feels unfair, but that's how NVC works so unfortunately, you'll just have to be patient until November 21st.

I feel FRUSTATION MY CASE IS IN NATIONAL VISA CENTER SINCE JUNE ON 10/18/15 GET A EMAIL FOR A CHECKLIST REQUESTING FOR MY PREVIOUS MARRIAGE TERMINATION CERTIFICATE AND MY HUSBAND POLICE CLEARANCE FROM BANGLADESH , THE SCAN DATE WAS 10/21AND SINCE THAT DATE NOTHING HAPPEN I GET HELP FROM THE SENATOR BOXER BUT NOW IS UNDER SUPERVISOR REVIEW DUE TO NOBODY REVIEW THE CHECKLIST MAIL YET, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS REVIEW ALREADY AND IS DONE EXCEPT THE LAST MAIL FROM OCT. IS VERY HARD NOW SPECIALLY WITH ALL THE ATTACKS USA SUFFERING I FEEL HOPELESS MY HUSBAND IS MUSLIM AND I DON'T WANT ALL THIS INCIDENT AFFECTS HIS CASE AND TAKE MORE LONGER THERE, WE HAVE ONE YEAR OF MARRIAGE AND WE SEE EACH OTHER 2 TIMES ONLY SINCE WE MARRIED. WHAT I CAN DO?
