CEAC Status says Adminitrative Processing after interview - what does that mean?

VJers, I have seen this question asked before and now I can't seem to find what this means. My husband had his CR1 interview yesterday at Johannesburg and was told that the birth certifcate he submitted was a federal one, but they need the state one. My husband says the interview went well and he was only asked a few questions. I checked CEAC today and it says "Administrative Processing" and was updated today. What does that mean? Should I be doing anything at this point, or is it just another waiting game? He was told to bring in the new birth certificate next week Monday or Wednesday. They gave him a letter with two options on it, the second one was marked and it says, " Your case is pending due to outstanding documents which you must provide to the [consulate] before the Consulate can proceed with your case. As soon as you have obtained the required documentation, please call [XXXX] or email [XXXX] When you contact us, please be sure you have your case number available. Please see the reverse side of this form to see what documents you need to provide to the Consulate." From your experiences, is this a problem for us, or will they indeed issue the visa? Any insigh would be helpful. Thanks!
