How can I request formal copy of dismissed TRAFFIC CASE

How can I request a formal copy of dismissed TRAFFIC CASE ? I`m living in a different city like 2 hours from the court ..

Is there any way to request it and receive it by mail ?

I had 2 tickets. Different states from my own. I called up their traffic departments, and found out what I had to do. They both charged money for the records lookup, and required the request in writing. So I typed it up, mailed it in, and included a check. Took about a week and a half from start to finish.

After all that, the interviewer did not care to see the documents.

To whom it may concern,

I would like to request a Records Check against myself, in order to provide confirmation that a speeding ticket I received in XXXXX County was fully paid and disposed of.

I am requesting this confirmation as I am in the process of applying to become an American citizen, and have been told that I may need to present this proof during the naturalization interview. I have enclosed the fee of $6 for the search against the year 2007. My request is as follows:

I want it just in case ..we don`t know what will happen ...

But did you send it with your N-400 , I wanna send a copy with my N-400 what do you thinK ?

And you said you called their department , you meant the court clerk ?

I would not delay the submission of my N-400 for this. If you are not in the application window yet, then yes, include it. Otherwise, send your N-400 in, now.

And yes, it was the county clerk.
