Hi All,

I'm likely now being paranoid however I have my Medical on Monday and am planning on having a few drinks over the weekend - I assume that the medical folks don't look at Blood Alcohol (I have no history of abuse or problems of any sort) ?

I'm sure I will be well within the normal limits but just wanted to see if anyone had a similar experience or thoughts.

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Egypt
Timeline

You most likely know that a blood alcohol test only reveals alcohol if the person has been drinking that same day. If in actuality the problem is daily drinking, you may want to lay off the alcohol after Saturday night, rather than stress over whether or not they're going to test you on Monday and find you were drinking before you came to your medical.

London don't look for alcohol in blood. The blood draw is just to check for syphilis.
