please check my list if I'm missing some document I need to submit. do I have to submit original document for birth certificate and marriage certificate?

mom birth certificate (copy)

mom marriage certificate (copy)

my naturalization certificate (copy)

my birth certificate (copy)

my marriage certificate (copy)

Nope, don't send originals. The marriage certificate for your mom and for yourself are not necessary. Unless it's your step mother you're petitioning for. You don't even need to include your mother's birth certificate.

help me to understand more. my name change i'm using my husband last name. base on what I understand I need to submit my marriage certificate. because my birth certificate have different last name to now that i'm married.

In that case, then you can submit your marriage certificate as proof of the name change.

I always forget that people change their last names when they get married since it's not too common for my family. Lol.
