Good day all ..

I have received an email that some required documents are missing in my IV package. they were not specified in the email, so I called and got a verbal RFE..

The question, Shall I send the documents right away or wait the Letter and attach it on top? I have the previous bar coded cover letter from CEAC. and does the address to which we send the RFE documents differ than the one we already submitted to ?

Thanks :)

Thank you for the reply ..

I called the NVC and they said to go ahead and send what is required without waiting the letter.. The most important thing is to make the case number visible and known, you can reprint the bar coded cover sheet from the CEAC. However I received the checklist on the email and it has the same info and missing documents, in addition to a bar coded cover sheet.

Thanks again..
