5 x dated photos of petitioner and beneficiary in South Korea, South Africa and U.SA SECONDARY EVIDENCE OF MEETING

You are including a lot of unnecessary information. I have crossed off the items you do not need in your list. I will further explain why you do not need them.

There is no I-135 form (did you mean I-134?). The I-134 is submitted at the visa interview, not with the petition.

The G-1145 is simply an e-notification form for the petitioner, to notify the petitioner when the petition has been received.

There is no FC-029 form. There used to be... YEARS ago. This form has since become obsolete and is no longer used.

The declaration of meeting in person is not needed from either of you. Yes, you need to explain the circumstances of how you met but this can be written right on the I-129F form: I met my fiancé [name] at [place] on [date]. It is not required to include a separate sheet to explain this, however some people do. In the case you want to include a supplement sheet to explain the circumstances of how you met, you only need ONE and it should be labeled as such at the top: SUPPLEMENT TO I-129F QUESTION 34.A

The beneficiary's birth certificate, police clearance, letter of no impediment, Korean registration card, passport are all NOT required for the I-129F petition. These will be asked for at the embassy interview. The only thing required from the beneficiary at this initial stage are: signed letter of intent to marry, signed G-325A and a 2x2 passport photo. Nothing more, nothing less.

The petitioner only needs to send in a copy of the birth certificate OR copies of all pages of the passport. You don't need both.

About your supporting evidence of meeting in person, I have indicated above which ones are good evidence (PRIMARY), and the rest which support your main evidence (SECONDARY):

E-tickets, e-receipts and itineraries are only secondary evidence. By themselves they do not prove anything. Pictures are also secondary evidence. The affidavit of meeting is only secondary evidence at best. Anyone can write and sign an affidavit of meeting, but it does not mean you have met.

Copies of actual boarding passes, baggage tags, passport stamps, these are all excellent primary evidence of meeting. Receipts that indicate time and location, that may indicate you were in the same place at the same time will also work as good primary evidence. If including passport stamps, you need a copy of the relevant stamp pages and a copy of the bio page.

Also, don't forget your passport photos for each of you for the G-325A.

Thank you,

Another question that I have is in regards to the boarding passes and bank statements. Do I have to send the original boarding pass and statement, or can I send photocopies of it? I'm scared that they might get lost in the mail when I send my package to my fiance.
