I guess this error is starting all over again...

The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance.

It's getting to a week now and still having the same " doesn't match" error....

Called the NVC and they keep giving me textbook replies like, use internet explorer, wait for 1 week, 2 weeks, 30 days, they haven't finished inputting your data into the system...

Also asked to choose my again via phone and they said I should wait and do it online when I log on.

Last time this happened was in May and it took 2 months to resolve.

Anybody also having the same issue?

You been at NVC since May trying too enter this number? I am confused? Did you call NVC and demand to speak to a supervisor?

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

5/21/2019: NOA1 Date
6/13/2019: Biometrics Appt
2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled

Nope.. i just got my NVC and invoice number last week but getting this error when i try to log in..

what I meant is the last time people that got this time of error was in May and it took theirs 2 months to be rectified..

I have called NVC and everything but still they keep asking me to wait and wait and wait...
