Hi People,

Welll I and Jamie are just filling up the AOS forms and while applying for the AP (form I 131), I am confused about something. Its the Advanced Parole that we apply for...right?

Also Part 3, of the form says that 'Date of intended departure' and 'Expected Length of the trip'.

Do we just put in any date? as nothing is final yet. Also it assk for an explanation in Part 7, on a paper as to how I think I qualify for AP.

Wat to write there? Just that I have old parents in India, and I need to go visit them?

Please provide feedback.

Thanks a lot,

Vipul Jamie

I love you, Jamie

Yes...you apply for Advanced Parole. As far as the intended departure date, I put "unknown at this time." For qualifications, I put to visit family still residing in Brasil. I didn't have any problem.
