Bio.info- re: work history

hello all ... filling out Bio info. for K-1 to be processed in Colombia.

While collecting my fiances work history we've encountered some bumps.

Wondering if any one has knowledge of how important this history is. Let me explain; My fiance has worked for a long time although it has been through a well respected agency in Colombia. She is having a hard time remembering and collecting specifics as to addresses and the exact dates. As well, she is concerned that these have been only temporary assignments.

Does any one have any insight into this ? Do we need the exact address of the "Exito" she worked at ? Are the dates confirmed with the employer ?

Or would it be best to list only her work for her uncle's water filtration company. Though that terminated about a year ago when he downsized. But she would have the dates and address.

Is this an area of great consideration in the process ? I was thinking that showing she has been and is able to be employed in her home country would lend favor to a desicion that she is NOT leaving for employment ... but rather, indeed, for love.

hope one can help with this .. and on a side note if there are any Colombianas, in specific from Barranquilla that would be open to corrosponding with my fiance about this process, she would appreciate it.
