Green Card Stolen Before Naturalization Interview

Timeline

When we went to the dmv they refused to renew her drivers license as she did not have the physical green card. When I called they stated that a i757 was enough but the problem is that the form didn't have a expiration nor a issued date. It just said that her greencard was approved. We will try again with the police report but if they end up giving us a hard time about it we may have to consult a lawyer for further advice

Have you tried renewing it online?
