Hello

I'm a US citizen by naturalization. I sent i-130 for both parents today in Chicago. For my mom and dad I sent the application, money order, copy of parents passports , copy of my passport, copy of my birth certificate plus translation and copy of my parents marriage certificate plus translation.

Is that all documents required, that's all I seen on the instructions for i-130?

How long does it take for approval? And what is the next step after approval?

Sorry for having many questions.

Yeah, that sounds about right. Approval times depends on the service center. Your profile says you're located in Kentucky so your case will be forwarded to the Texas Service Center and they're currently approving parent petitions from March 2015 so you have a bit of wait.
