Hello VJ people, i am in the process of petitioning my mother, i already paid AOS and it said PAID, NVC already mailed me the cover sheet with barcode to be submitted with the financial docs and aos form but how about the barcoded cover sheet for IV/civil documents? I cannot even open the DS260 application form or cannot even pay for it. It's like locked. So im waiting here since Sept 22. The ds 260 form and payment is locked and i dont know if i have to submit the documents i have (Aos and civil docs) or how long should i wait for the ds260 form and fee payment to be available for me. help me please. Thank you very much.

You should submit all financial and civil documents in one package.

Call NVC to have them review your choice of agent form. They will review it over the phone and invoice your IV fee so you can pay it.

If your spouse is a co-sponsor and you guys file taxes 'married filing jointly', have your spouse complete an I-864A.

Include the IRS tax transcripts and since you're using your spouse's income as well, W2s are not necessary.

You can provide pay stubs for both you and your spouse to evidence current income.
