Proof of ties to the country is the burden of the applicant. Your ties is solely based on how the CO perceived your travel intent.

Considering that you have traveled to Australia and China (requires Visa), you may have a chance. The downside, all of you are travelling together. That can be a red flag.

We have no way of knowing what the CO will say. If your business is doing good, and needs you back (ie you cannot run it from the USA), then I think your chances are pretty good.

having close relatives in the US is not necessarily a 'plus' as they could be viewed as being able and willing to help you stay in the US, find you jobs (under the table), etc....not saying they would, but having family in the US is not considered an asset....at best, neutral.

but concealing these facts will never be an option?

herewith are the true main reason for going to USA ( some are childhood dreams though)

1) Go to disneyland, though have been to Hk and Japan Disneyland but it has always been my childhood dream to go to California disneyland.

2) Visit relatives

3)go sight seeing

4) visit friends

As mentioned that if we apply the three of us it would be red flag for the CO,? So it would be best to apply separately? we intend to travel together as this would be a family vacation.

thanks,

thanks,

You are over complicating things.

If it's a family vacation and you intend to travel together then apply together.

If you have relatives in the US then you put this on the DS160 when it asks you the question.

If the purpose of your visit is tourism then this is your answer when asked at the interview why you want to go.

Nobody here knows your chances, apart from them being 50/50 - granted or denied.

Your past travel history will be a plus point.

Apply and let us know the result.

sorry If it did reached to a point of over complicating things. I was just referring to an earlier reply that travelling together could be a red flag.Indeed no one knows here the result. its always a 50/50 chance.

anyhow thanks for the time guys.

everything is based on the CO's evaluation of your case. Just go ahead and try. If you wanted to travel together as a family, you should apply the visa all together. All am I saying is, since all of you are travelling that can be a red flag - always is when families travelling together. Everything will be based on how you answer the questions and your proof of ties in the country. So sure way we can point you to.

Let us know how it goes :)
