On the bottom of G-325a, applicatant name... Should my husband who is pettitioning for me write my name on the bottom or his?

Also, some things can't be typed on computer because there's not enough space... It cuts out a few letters. Is it ok to have some things written in pen and other printed?

Please help!!!
