Hey again, (I'm finally almost done with everything!!) Anyway, i was wondering what's a good number of screenshots from Facebook, skype etc...

[Here's what we already have: 2 Christmas letters I wrote to her, One 3 pages and the other about a page. I few half to full page notes we wrote each other while visiting one another. 17 pages of Chat logs which show the date and time called as well as durration; About 252 Total hours.

And then I already have about 20 screenshots translated and ready to go.]

We've visited each other a total of six times 1 to 3 months at a time.

Oh sorry, she'll be attending the Visa interview in Cuidad Juarez Mexico.

Your "face time" will be more important than your chat printouts. Print a few, spanning your relationship. The 17 pages of logs is a lot -- can you print just the duration summary, or just the first and the last page?

Unfortunately the logs only include a total of the cost (I pay per minute)

What I did was place 6 or so pages per page protector and figure they could take them out if they wanted to really look at all for them

These evidences are to show a total stranger, the Embassy CO, that you have a legitimate relationship.

So content or quality is key, not quantity.

I have suggested that most relationships follow a normal path, the getting to know you stage, the meeting(s) in person, discussions about feelings for each other, the future together, then discussion about the visa process and then discussion about life in the US together. Your evidences should detail the same progression.

I drafted a 2-1.2 page document titled Evolution of Our Relationship which outlined the above steps and then referred to specific evidences to support that progression.

You may want to do something similar.

Oh, and I included some lovey-dovey stuff since couples planning to get married to each other do that!

Amidst the lovey-dovey stuff, omit any correspondence in which you might refer to yourselves as "husband" or "wife," even if it was in fun. "Proving a negative" is a losing battle.

Can you elaborate on this Tbone? Are you suggesting they will get bent out of shape about proving you are in fact not married?

Petitioners filing the I-129F, and beneficiaries applying for the K-1 visa, are supposed to be unmarried. If anything suggests that the couple is really married, imagine their difficulty in proving that they're not.

I agree, there should be any mention of husband/wife in text. We did not provided FB message, we said we do Skype and just printed out duration of call one or two each week. CO did not bother to ask to look into them. The most important that you visited a few times and it shows commitment.

I understand why we should not include anything that makes us sound like we are calling each other husband/wife, but what about talking about how excited we are to become husband and wife.

My fiance and I do that a lot because we are annoying and lame and I was wondering if that was okay or even helpful?

They know that in the very near future you will be husband and wife, but still they do not want to see those two words on chat. Except FB chat, do you have Skype record, phone call etc?

That's not it at all. Discussion of marriage plans is fine. Playfully calling each other "husband" and "wife" before you're married is to be avoided, because it can be misunderstood to be truth. If you're married already, the reasoning would be, you're ineligible to file the I-129F petition and ineligible to be granted a K-1 visa.
