So our interview is the last week of November. My Fiance went to make a medical appointment today they told him the first available date is November 21st. Thats over a month waiting.

What am I suppose to do now?? When he told me that today I cried. I had to leave work. I am so upset. It's not like he can go wait in lines at hospitals everyday to see what location has an opening. He got there at 9 and they couldn't tell him this till 4PM today. He missed work all day for this.

If anyone is putting off getting the medical done. DON'T - If I postpone the interview date it won't be till Jan or Feb and I wanted to get married in Feb.

My husband had the same problem when it was time for his medical. I was freaked out because they said there was no way he would be able to get in for his medical before his interview. I went through the CR1 spousal visa, so I am not sure if that will differ from the fiance visa, but with my husband's case, he went to his interview, told the interviewer that he was unable to get the medical exam before the interview, they completed the interview, gave him a 221g pending medical exam. We were thrown into AP. We waited until his medical, brought that into the embassy, and I think about two weeks later he was given his visa. It was extremely stressful, but eventually it all worked out.

DeAnna - Thank you for the response. I hope it works out for us but it puts a little less stress on me knowing it will be okay if the medical isn't completed yet.

I feel your sress I am going through that same precess right now waiting on nov 13 we will complete 60 days on ap status it's not easy . I got my congresswoman involved to see if I could get an answer called today the office and was told they sent an email to the embassy but it's very limited what they can do and I was told by the

To wait till they answer . That the ap status could be for lots of reasons not really what I want to hear . That sometimes medical and police records expire and have to be done again . I feel horrible and more horrible everyday that goes by . And this is all taking a big toll on me and I think on my relationship too . Or maybe it's just me feeling so tired already . I hope you have better luck than me it's been 1 year and 8 months in total since I petitioned for my husband . And been through nvc having a clitch in computer system and my case not being able to complete to get interview then finally not being able to get the medical before interview now at the end when I thought was the end 3 months on ap status I don't know anymore my heart can't take it anymore
