so i am braking my head here on what to do. Maybe some one has been on my shoes before.

i am getting ready to start the process of petitioning for mom and dad. my whole process to become a us citizen, from being out of status ; me and my wife did it all by our self. no lawyer, no notary.

as i see it we have two options we either do it by our selves or get a lawyer. (which is of course $2000 each)...

Father- entered with visitors visa back in 98, overstayed. used fake SSN since then(almost sure it dosnt belong to anyone). has had multiple and current work with that fake SSN. had DUI. cleared by court.

Question, and what i am confused at is if i am supposed to list my dads fake SSN on relative info on form i-130?

his work history?

Mother. same case almost. enetered with visa. overstayed. no arrests. very much clear. has worked in multiple jobs with fake SSN as well.

same question here . do i list fake SSN? work history?

We have all of the main factors here.

1. they entered legally

2. they have the permit to show they entered legally. i 94*

3. i am a us citizen now, over 21.

4. we make enough money to sponsor.

I just dont know what to do... any help would be appreciated.

for more info at request. thank you.

Don't put the fake SSN. There's no reason to put a SSN since he wasn't officially assigned one.
