Request white sheet(formerly blue sheet)

It appears the consulate is stepping up with the interview paperwork request now. I see now they are requesting new information.

1) Proof of airplane purchase from credit card records or bank account withdraw(Petitioner)

2) Family tree information of beneficiary and petitioner(English translation). In the VN translation, it states only beneficiary. Very confusing.

3) Infamous Timeline(Petitioner).

Has anyone gotten these request? Or any other different request? It would help for those new people to include it in before submitting to USCIS or NVC first. Once it gets submitted on interview date, too late.

I am in the middle of K-1 process and never heard of these requests. In fact, these items don't make sense to me. Family tree? Credit card records? The timeline is (kind of) established and reiterated through continued support doc, etc. You stated that these items should be submitted early, but yet it sounds like your family member submitted late and was given the visa.

I think there is something lost in translation. Tell us more and/or clarify, if possible.

Thanks!

It was not submitted late. It was requested on the day of interview. After submission, then they approved visa. It seems now they are asking all these additional paperwork and have no mention of it before hand.

Simply stated, they want more than just the timeline now for those who got the 'Request for Additional Paperwork'.

Anyone else experience such request on interview day?

We were asked for more, mainly from me the USC. It was never mentioned but they wanted to know my relationship to her cousin, my neighbor. My ex's new phone number and address, 6 months prior to and after I bought the airline ticket of bank statements, an up to date time line, a court issued divorce decree, not a copy plus about 12 items total from me. I sent her the requested info and they issued the visa. Nerve racking!

Items 2 and 3 seem to have been requested on some occasions. I prepared a copy of each for my then-fiancee's interview but they never asked to see them. This was September 2014.

My fiancee has her interview for K-1 next week and after reading this I am a bit worried. I feel like items 1 and 2 are fairly easy to complete, but i am a bit concerned about item 3. Is the timeline requested in the same format as the pinned topic "HCMC - Evidence you should have" and does it require it to be notarized?

It does not have to be notarized.

My wife was interviewed last night and was given the "blue sheet". We are asked to provide these three additional items. Once you provide these items, how long does it take for the CO to process it and render a decision?

Is it required for the petitioner to fill out the family tree? On the blue sheet 221g, it only ask the beneficiary to have it fill out.

If the petitioner is Vietnamese then often they will ask for a family tree. Cousins marrying cousins for immigration purposes is one of the older scams. Vietnam is high on the list so added scrutiny is the norm.
