While we wait for out interview I was goin over some info and the age of my fiancées daughter is different now( her bday was recently) since we waited awhile for the interview , is this going to be an issue ? Our lawyer prepared the forms and sent them to us in aug

Have you covered the base that your approved I-129F is expiring in less than two weeks?( Check the expiration on your NOA2.)

If you mean writing a letter saying that we are still free to marry then yes we covered that, if there's something else that needs to be done please let us know

As far as we've heard the letter stating we are free to marry was the only thing needed

Yes and Intend to marry within 90 days. Just didn't want you to get to interview and they ask for that. London tells you about it in your instruction letter. Sounds like you are prepared.

I am thinking what you are trying to say is the Validity in NOA 2. Normally 4 months from issuance but you can always ask this to be extended, some Embassy also automatically extend it but always safe to call.

Yes that's what I was reminding her of. London requires a new letter of intent at the interview to extend and she replied that she was aware of that London instruction.
