We've been on ap now for 4 months. Every time I email them they just reply with this :" Thank you for your email inquiry. We wish to inform you that D..... case is pending administrative processing. Please be assured that the case status is frequently checked. Once the processing is complete, Ms. Lawal will be asked to come to U.S. Embassy Accra to further discuss the case."

Is this the same email you guys are getting or were getting?

Sometimes I did and eventually they stopped answering, they even stop responding to my lawyer, the only one they responded to in a hurry was the senator!

I think men before our husband made it hard for to get our husbands here. Because most are not with their wives. Many of the wives have the embassy to report they have been scammed. The thing is I see they are not approving many. This people are looking to see if our folder are strategically neat and organized whom ever comes with the most organized and creative folder get the visa I've seen and plus I have notice the ones that are already nationally Ghanaian married to another they are approving them also. When my husband went in march I didn't know the severity of the documentation that they wanted so he was ill prepared. One of my friends now have walked me through the steps of preparation. We must get our husband or wives involved in the process. They don't understand the severity of going to the embassy not prepared. They need to join Visa Journey with cause most our men are stubborn they only harming themselves as we all go through journey. I know I have said a mouth full I hope this help anyone. So since I have been Ap I have been organizing folder and getting with my senator getting over prepared for this journey. I have to couple of ladies that have through the process they say organization is key and not sending any chats talking bout sending money or because relationship is based off love not money. Tell your story through your pictures and chats

I don't think it has anything to do with organization. I think at this point it's based on luck. If I gave you access to my google drive to see all the evidence we sent you'll be amazed. This is apart from the two children we have together. Both of them received their u.s passport from the same embassy without any issues. And the land and houses that's in both our names.

I agree with you, this has nothing to do with organization or front loading (not to say it doesn't help). I remembered your earlier post and I must say it gave me sleepless nights before my interview. If you're approved you may think you've got all the answers but believe me I was approved and I don't have the answers and neither have I done what others haven't done already and more. But what I know is that the "Yes Madam" "Yes Sir" business won't help anyone in getting approved. Like someone said in earlier post, you make 200% above the poverty line and you had all the documents to prove it, why did you not argue that out (believe me you have all the right to do so). It all boils down to the question: does the beneficiary know all you the petitioner know? some don't even know what the poverty line is all about. Don't just give your beneficiaries "organized" folders to carry to the interview, let them be you. Once they're armed with all information I believe they'll be in a better position to argue their points across if need be (unless you have some major red flags to deal with).

I am the beneficiary

What email are you using to followup on your case?

We don't use email to follow the case

Just google (CEAC) and type in your case number to follow your case
