Hey,

I'm just about to send off my packet however. When I was in Mexico with my fiancee we singed and filled out her g-325A however we made two mistakes on it. She has a spanish name, thus two last names. However we only used her fathers last name on the Doc. The second mistake is that her first name for example is Anna Jole. But we put Jole in the middle name box.

Do y'all think it would be okay for me to pencel in Her second last name in the last name box and scratch out Jole from the middle name Box and add it behind Anna in the first name box?

Or would it be better to have my fiancee send me a new form. We're already behind schedule so hopping to get this sent off as soon as possible.

Hi my country related friend.

Please have her send you a new form. Think about it this way, if by any chance the application doesn't go through because you pencil it out or because of a silly mistake, you will end up wasting more time when immigration rejects it. The way I see it, better be safe than sorry. Don't spend extra weeks on something that should take only a day or two. Have your fiancee dhl express it to you.

With that said I read I could do this. Send it in the way u was talking but this week. And as soon as the other copy my girlfriend arrives and I receive my noa1 and get a file number I can send the new one with a not describing the mistake and to please replace the incorrect g-325a with the new one. Opinions?
