Missing documents due to NVC..

Ive submitted all my documents last month 09/14/2015 and today i get an email from NVC saying that there are several things missing:

-Applicants

----Birth certificate

----Passport Photo

-marriage certificate

also the person who helped me joint sponser my wife's W2 for 2014.

the weird thing is that the copy of the packets i have all of the documents in there so i dont know why they went missing. looks like someone forgot to

include them.

I have a quick question for you guys.

It states on the cover sheet that : "Place a legible copy of this form on top of each submission and mail to the address given below."

does this mean that for each of the missing documents listed above, i have to add this sheet to each one separately or do i have to add one page on top of all of them. could someone please clarify this for me?

It is not unusual for NVC to send checklists even after receiving the documents but you have no other choice except sending the documents. If you call them, they will put your case under supervisor review which will end up in a longer wait so send the documents. You need to place the bar coded sheet (received from NVC) on the top of all the required documents attached together and also write case# on each document.
