Filing I-130 separately or together?

Hello,

My mom who is a green card holder wants to apply for four of my siblings to come to the US. Should she file separate I-130 for each one of them or one I-130 and include all four of them in the same?

I am a little confused after I read somewhere that you do not need to file separate I-130 for each one of your children as they are derivatives?

Filed: Timeline

Separete I-130s for each of them.

Derivative immigrant means spouse or unmarried under-21 child of the principal immigrant who is in a non-Immediate-Relative category. If your mother petitions her children then she is the petitioner, and each of them is the principal immigrant on their own petition.

How did your mother immigrate? If she immigrated in a non-Immediate-Relative category, then her unmarried under-21 children can immigrate as her derivative without filing a new petition.
