Running out of time for interview in Frankfurt

Our expiration date is11/19. I am not sure we are going to make it and honestly panicking. I am guessing even if we get our packet 3 sent this week, it will be next week before we could schedule an interview. From what I have seen interviews are scheduling 5 weeks out. How hard is it to extend the expiration date? We are having a heck of a time getting our packet 3 sent. Any advice or words of encouragement would be appreciated.

My fiance never got the checklist of documents for the Packet 3, just the residence history form and the approved I-129F form, but I have seen what others have gotten on here . I sent him the stuff from me for his packet 3 International Priority Express with a guaranteed date. Deutsche Post lost it for a month. I had to file a claim with USPS and it took 3weeks before he could pick it up. We also cannot find a translator for his Italian police certificate. There was a list of translators on the Embassy website. None of them have returned calls. To top it all off, he has been sick in bed for a week.

I am just worried we are going to have to start all over again.

I can't edit my above post. Also, did anyone have trouble paying the fee with a debit card? Mine won't go through. it tells me it can't process and asks me to re-enter my info. One time it went to a different screen and told me my card could not be authorized. I called my bank and they didn't even see an attempted transaction.

Number 1: Don't panic. Get your fiance to send you a new letter of intent to extend your NOA-2 another 4 months. The embassy will do that, not an issue. Try using online banking or a credit card, my debit card would not work either.
