Ok here is the thing when you call NVC what are they saying? does your documents reviewed and you don't have any checklist because if you send then with proper document cover sheet by this time the documents should have already reviewed. My guess is your DS-260 is still waiting to be reviewed because you submitted the DS260 late that is on Sep'10th so by that time they might have already reviewed your documents and if you have only the DS260 to be reviewed then you should get hold of a supervisor and request them to review it and if you are lucky they will do it on the phone.

Cool you are so lucky that you don't have any checklist because they reviewed your documents and you are good to go so all you have to do is try to get hold of a supervisor and request them to review the DS-260 on the phone and once its done then you will be done with your case.

I know its really tough to predict what happens at the NVC and I am guessing that now you are out of queue and the NVC say's that they are backlogged in reviewing the DS260 so try to get hold of the supervisor and ask them review it.

You should be placed on Supervisor Review since it's been over 30 days. Don't even need to speak with a Supervisor for this, a Rep can flag it for you. This way when the reviewer looks at her cases, yours will have a flag on it dictating an issue.

I think you should just wait, you bug them they are going to make the process harder for you. Each instance of you calling and checking on your case is recorded. I know if I were working a government job and trying to do a good job and saw someone called and basically complained a bunch I would bring out the magnifying glass. It isn't a quick process, it sucks waiting, but it is something to get use to as money can't speed things up in the USA.

I had same situation. My Ds-260 was completed on July 5th and I sent my all civil documents on August 21st after 30 days I called them tp check status on my civil documents I came to know that my Ds-260 has not been reviewed yet. I was surprised to know this. She put my Ds-260 on supervisor review on 22nd Septmeber and told me it gonna take another 42 days lol. I started to call every week to get supervisor on call but I was being told no one available. Last week they told me my documents has been reviewed and they dont need anything else from me they just waiting on DS-260. Yesterday I called again to get supervisor, she put me on hole for few seconds and told me she busy on other call but she said it gonna be reviewed this week. Today I got 3 N/A which usually means case has been completed and i made a call to check status on my case and I was been told case has been completed and wait for interview to be scheduled. I am US citizen and its more than a year since i applied for my husband's visa. NVC sucks!!!!
