I have a question my Fiance interviewed in Manila on October 1st.She had a 221g for additional NBI and Cenomar because of a misspelling of her name that had been corrected on her birth certificate she mailed them in the next day. They did keep her passport and did not request additional documents. So the part I am confused about it is the CEAC website if we look up under non immigrant it says NO STATUS and if under immigrant it says administrative processing which i have seen updated on the 8th and the 13th and 14th always administrative processing. Is it normal for looking up under non immigrant to say No status?

thats weird, if i also check our case under non immigrant it says invalid, I only seen AP under immigrant visa. so you sent additional papers Oct 2? i just checked the ceac and they just touched our file today at lunch, they received the document yesterday. I also included a letter requesting them to expedite given my fiance is pregnant and is approaching the limit for travel. it was recommended by the consulate during our interview to include the letter. hopefully it gets issued soon for both of us.

Thanks i pray we both are issued soon as well. She mailed them 2go next day after her interview but i don't think they received until around the 8th.I know everyone goes through some AP but seems weird that we have shown updates the 8th 13th and 14th in our case. Also they never looked at my affidavit of support or other documents i was so stressed about her getting in the mail in time that I sent lol but they did not request them.

yup us too, no affidavit of support requested, me too i sent my financial docs through lbc. at least they are continually touching your file, means there is some sort of progress. I heard some miracle cases of AP taking only 3-5 days here on VJ although the norm is two weeks, also some horror stories taking months to a year. dont mind the waiting but super stressed cause my fiance is 31 weeks pregnant. as much as possible we would like to deliver in the states. if she gives birth here extra dividends for CRBA and more waiting. huhu i keep checking CEAC like every hour haha ?

Lol checking the status is like my hobby when I get home from work just talking with Jamie and checking status haha.Yes the case is being touched hopefully they are preparing to issue it.We had been planning November 15 or 16th for a long time now for her to be flying here.

Congrats on the baby hope she gets here soon and good luck with everything and then we start the fun stress of AOS process

Just remember Love is stronger than pain....That is why we put ourselves through this excruciating process. It just gets harder because we are almost to the end of our first step of dealing with government slow process of the k1.Soon we can share our stress with our loved one with the AOS process

yes as my fiance is pregnant and may have difficulty going through the process and of course flying im doing my best to support her.

on a side note i was thinking of going to the embassy tomorrow and try to make my case there and see if i can get additional information, im just so nervouse about her not being able to travel because of her advancing pregnancy

I just looked up Mayo clinic says its safe to fly up until 36 weeks of pregnancy in a healthy pregnancy unless advised by your doctor. You can try to contact the USEM or go there don't know how well that will go over i think we both should be issued very soon though.

Ok i guess best time is up until 28 weeks 36 you wont be allowed to fly it is unsafe.31 weeks is cutting it very close to it being unsafe:(

yup thanks, but of course still cant help feeling nervous after hearing about other AP taking months... huhu, anyway i guess it couldnt hurt if i go in person. if anything it could make them look at our file a little sooner and put a face behind the file ?

i checked with most ofcthe airlines and they pretty muhh all have a limit of 35 weeks with a dr medical certificate
