Need to complete DS-260 AGAIN to schedule interview???

Hello,

We received our letter from the Ciudad Juarez consulate today with instructions to complete form DS-260 and then go to ais.usvisa-info.com/en-mx/iv to schedule the ASC appoinment and interview. We have already completed the DS-260 at the NVC stage so I went staright to the website to register. When I put in my DS-260 confirmation number it comes up as an error stating that this number has already been taken. Does this mean that I need to complete the DS-260 online AGAIN? I have the confimation number from when this was completed and accepted by the NVC on August 25th, 2015. I am confused, any help is appreciated.
