Hello, i have a question, my fiancé received an RFE form last august 21, then it has bee. Approved last sept 23,2015, how will i know when i will receive the noa2, it says the its a notice of approval, is notice of approval same with noa2?? Plus it already said that theyre gonna send the case to the nvc, and that theyre gonna mail my fiance when they sent my embassy the papers for me.

The USCIS approved your fiance's petition. Now your fiancé should start calling the NVC every day until they give him the MNL case number.

Once he has the MNL case number, you can pay the visa application fee, schedule an interview, and complete your medical.

It can be 1 week to 30 days. Have your Fiance call NVC each day until they give him the MNL case number. Te best time to call is 7:30-8:00.

It depends on when you start calling. You should start calling right about now.

You don't want to just wait for it because it may never arrive. My Fiance has her K1 visa and will arrive here in 3 weeks. I still have not received anything from NVC. Once you have your MNL case number you can track it on the CECA web site. When the CEAC web site says READY you can pay your visa fee, schedule your medical and interview, and complete the DS-160. All of the information you need for USEM is on line.

I strongly reccomendyou follow the step by step instructions that Greenbaum or Hank have put together. It gives you everything you need to do specifically for Filipino fiance's.
