Can try these guys out, free consult. They have US / Viet offices...they farm a lot of it to the VN offices though. http://ditrumy.com/ Pricing is 'reasonable' far better than lawyers. I used them for K1. They helped out w/ some of the vietnamese specific stuff so far. They are about 2x more than rapidvisa below but I was focused on VN specific support. I have standard case. If you call the CA office, ask for Anh Thu. If you call the VN office, as to talk to Kim Thanh.

September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!

April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)

November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

First, many folks never meet face to face with service providers but in HCMC, a great choice if you insist on local and on an attorney, would be marcellislaw.com Although Marc Ellis is in HCMC, the first thing you'll notice on his website is the word "Worldwide".

Follow the guides and do some reading here in this forum to learn about the process. Unless you have some significant problems (and/or you don't feel confident in your ability to properly complete the forms) an attorney is not needed. It certainly doesn't make the process faster or easier if you can fill out forms correctly.

Stay clear of most of the visa "services" in Saigon. They are just shuffling papers and have no added value to offer you.

This is a DIY site. Do some reading,download the forms, and then make your decision.

Get ready, it's going to be a bumpy ride.

Vietnam, makes the case not straight forward, in most cases. A lot depends on the USC's heritage and how the couple met. I wouldn't express confidence one way or the other on whether THIS case is a straight forward one, and, IMO, neither should the OP, until they research the unique issues of bringing a spouse from Vietnam, and whether some of the problems we see, are likely to apply to them.

Aside from generic fear and bombarding people here with an insane amount of stupid questions this was why I opted for 2ndary help. Particularly w/ any nuances of the VN side, and where to go, translations and stuff and help my fiance more than myself.

Names, addresses and all the bureaucratic stuff that is stuff I'm less familiar with from this perspective.

But its a judgement call for everyone and their finances / comfort level.

After she gets here, I plan on AOS/EAD/AP solo.
